THINk stands for Tower Hamlets Involvement Network which is the Local Involvement Network (LINk) for Tower Hamlets. THINk is a network of local people and groups in Tower Hamlets who believe that the users of local health and social care services are often the best people to make suggestions on how they can be improved.
