THINk has just launched a simple way for you to rate heath and care providers in Tower Hamlets. All you have to do is click on the banner that says ‘Rate Our Service’, find the service you’ve used recently and then click on the stars to rate the service against ten very short questions. It only takes a couple of minutes.
You can see the average ratings for each service so you can use other peoples experience to help you to make your own choices. Your ratings will also help us to make sure that poor services are improved more quickly or money is shifted to services that people use most and like best.
It covers a whole range of health and social care services including GPs, dentists, hospitals, opticians, pharmacies, day centres and homecare.
If you don’t have access to the website we will soon be launching rating cards in pharmacies and GP surgeries throughout the borough and you can always give us a call on 020 8223 8922 and we’ll take your rating directly.
Rate Our Service is completely anonymous and we never pass personal information on to the people providing the service.
